We are happy to provide our patients with the Healthy Rewards Program.  This program was designed to help our patients with the increasing costs of healthcare.  The Healthy Rewards Program consists of the following special pricing for participating members:

15% OFF Vitamins
15% OFF Healthy Related Goods
25% OFF Massage Therapy

How Do I Become A Member?
There are four ways to become a member of the Healthy Rewards Program:

1. Join with a $49 annual fee.
2. If you are currently under one of our Payment Programs you are already enrolled in the program (Basic, Superior or Ultimate).
3. Annual fee is waived if you have been seen for over 30 office visits this year.
4. Lifetime Membership - The annual fee is permanently waived for this program if you have been seen for over 100 visits with our office.

• 60 Minute Massage Normally Costs $65.00
  -Healthy Rewards Members pay only $48.75
  -A savings of $16.25
• 30 Minute Massage Normally Costs $45.00
  -Healthy Rewards Members pay only $33.75
  -A savings of $11.25
• $20 Vitamin will only Cost $17.00
  -A savings of $3.00
